Steps to reproduce:

  1. Copy a file from the windows file explorer
  2. Open any form on the internet that allows to attach a file. For example, create a new email on Gmail
  3. Press Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert or right click->paste in the text input field

Actual results:

Nothing happens, the file is not attached

Expected results:

File is attached
