To reporoduce, try filing a request with all boxes empty. Expected: either: 1) A request gets created and assigned to a "default" reviewer for the product/component in question. 2) An error message is given, telling to enter a non-null requestee list. Actual: A message is given telling that request was succesfully generated, while in fact no requests were generated. P.S. IMHO the choice between (1) and (2) should be configurable - if a default reviwer is specified, it should be used and if not, an error message should be given. But anything would be better than the current confusing behavior.

This looks like a problem with the current RT implementation on b.m.o. Is this still an issue with the version checked into CVS?
Resolving, as no reply from reporter. If this is a problem with the current implementation (and it's pretty unlikely, as it's different code) then we'll find out soon enough. Gerv

> Resolving, as no reply from reporter. I can not reply to the question "Is this still an issue with the version checked into CVS?" since I do not have any up-to-date installation I can test on. I will, however, test it again once b.m.o is upgraded.
