User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Start with title bar box unchecked in "More Tools -> Customize toolbar...".
- Click check box for title bar at the bottom left
- Attempt to click on tab on current tab or new tab button.
Actual results:
The selection for the tab bar is off vertically where you have to move your mouse slightly under the tab to select it. Clicking above that spot (on the tab itself) results in clicking on what's behind the window such as the desktop.
The issue goes away after restarting the browser. Only occurring after toggling the title bar but without restarting the browser.
Expected results:
Hovering over and clicking on the tab would go to that tab.
I can only reproduce the bug on KDE Plasma in both X11 and Wayland, it does not seem to occur on GNOME or Xfce for me.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
