VS2019 Community Edition is no longer available for download.

Priority: -- → P3

Note that a bunch of discussion happened in the comments in bug 1740167.

Particularly, Mitchell noted that this link to download Visual Studio 2019 still works.

I'm going to close this, because I think we're in the clear.
We're compatible (as far as we can tell) up to the Windows 11 10.0.22000.194 SDK as of this bug, and a regular compile works with VS 2022 Build Tools. If this assumption is incorrect, let's reopen this bug.
