User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0

Steps to reproduce:

User agents tested:
Firefox 94: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0
Chrome (ungoogled-chromium) 91: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/91.0.4472.77 Safari/537.36

Both tests using Ubuntu 21.10.

Create a page with single input type="number" element. Visit the page and attempt data entry using a-z chars only

Actual results:

FF94 allows non-numeric entry, while Chrome 91 does not.

Expected results:

Non-numeric characters should not be displayed in the input.
