Both tests using Ubuntu 21.10.
Create a page with single input type="number" element. Visit the page and attempt data entry using a-z chars only

Actual results:
FF94 allows non-numeric entry, while Chrome 91 does not.
Expected results:
Non-numeric characters should not be displayed in the input.
