Hey, I apologize, but I was one commit too deep when I made the earlier installer :/
It prematurely includes some riskier potentially-breaking changes (removing nsis, mozmake), which I'd like to defer to 4.0.

Can I request that this is signed a second time? I'll set up the PR this time to make this re-run less of a time cost for you, sorry again :(
The updated file is here, and the Github PR will be attached to this bug shortly.
