These tests do "redo" twice after "insertparagraph" which is first edit operation. The second "redo" should do nothing. And once this happens, cannot restore the deleted data.

Similar to bug 1639287, but I'm not sure this is a dup of it.

Will be fixed by the patches for bug 1639287.
