[Prerequisites]:

• Have the Firefox de locale installed.
• Have a Firefox profile with the “browser.search.region” pref set to "DE" in the “about:config” page.
• Have the environment set to “Stage (preview)” using the “Remote Settings Devtools” addon.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from the prerequisites.
2. Click the "Twitter" button under the “Follow @Firefox” section located on the bottom-right part of the screen.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• A valid Firefox Twitter account page is opened.

[Actual result]:

• You are redirected to an unexisting Firefox Twitter account page.

[Notes]:

• This issue is reproducible for the Firefox fr locale.
• This issue is also reproducible with the following regions: "AT", "BE", "CA", "FR", "IE", "IT", "MY", "NL", "NZ", "SG", "ES", "CH", "US", "GB".
• The issue is not reproducible with the following locales: “en-*”, “es-ES”, “nl”, “it”.
• Attached is a screen recording of the issue.

This bug affects all DE/FR pages on www.mozilla.org, and is not specific to the Firefox Welcome page.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible. Now the Mozilla "Twitter" button from the "https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/welcome/9/" page redirects to the "https://twitter.com/mozilla_germany" Twitter page.
