Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open two Firefox windows and load some tabs in each window
  2. Close Firefox window from [x]button or taskbar button context menu
  3. Close the rest of Firefox window with same way.
  4. Start Firefox
  5. Observe the menu "Recently Closed Windows"

Actual Results:
The menu is disabled

Expected Results:
The menu should be enabled
