Actual results:
Ever since Webrender has been enabled for macOS, the two finger scrolling has never been smooth like it was on OpenGL.
This is most visible when scrolling on reddit pages. Even Chrome, which had laggy scrolling, is now more smooth than Firefox.

Yes,
https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/
https://www.youtube.com/
https://www.livemint.com/
At first, I thought Ublock Origin might be causing this but I have the same extensions on Chrome. Sometimes Chrome also has a bit visual stutter but its not present to the same degree as Firefox.

It happens mostly on Websites which can "dynamically" load more content. I don't know how to put it more precisely. So maybe its JavaScript related as well ?
