Currently we parse SVGs on the main thread whenever they come in, regardless of their priority, see: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1688452#c37
Potentially SVGs from low priority network resources could be parsed near the end of the load group rather than whenever they come in. This would free up some main thread time for delivering more important content.
Olli tells me this would be pretty difficult in the current architecture though but as I understand it it'd potentially be easier if the loadgroup consisted of individually prioritized tasks.
