A user reports poor performance and janking when navigating sound cloud. This profile with the media preset shows a large jank, but it's not clear to me why. I see a click handler taking place during the jank which calls into style and JS code. Not sure if that the cause or a symptom, so please move component as appropriate.

This was spun off from bug 1701808 as this appears to be a different issue than the original one there.
