174153 - mouse wheel does not function at all

My mouse wheel and horizontal scrolling buttons do not work with Mozilla.  They
stopped working when I upgraded from Netscape 4.x (don't remember exact version
number).  (This problem also exists in Netscape 7.0, but not IE, if that helps.)

This problem is not specific to a particular URL.

They still work in pretty much every other application.

I am using a 4D Browser Mouse.  There's no label from the company that produced
it, but this mouse: 4D Track Ball Mouse (MTB4DPS2) on this webpage
http://www.desmat.com/mouses.htm looks practically identical, and the driver
download comes with an identical readme file to the one I already have.
