I tried installing Firefox on Windows in S-mode from Microsoft Store, but Store said Firefox does not work in S-mode.

If I download a MSIX package directly from rg-adguards, it installs and run correctly. This is a Microsoft Store problem.

Thanks for the report.
We've actually explicitly disabled installs for S mode for now because of issues we haven't resolved yet (most notably https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1725481), so this is expected behaviour for the moment.
