With macOS dark mode, with Firefox 94.0.1, using the System Theme, the tooltips in sync preferences use dark text on a dark background making them hard to read. See screenshot.

The tooltip text is white now, not hard to read. Checked with Firefox 150, Settings->Sync->Manage Sync. Not sure when this was fixed so marking WFM.
