174182 - scroll bar DOES NOT appear when zooming

Can I reproduce a bug ?   Yes.. always

STEPS to reproduce the bug:

A) find LINUX box with, at least, 1600x1200 screen size
B) click on this link http://www.k2.net/
C) you should get the complete page on the screen WITH NO SCROLL bar !!!
D) zoom the page with CTRL+ or View->Text Zoom->150%

actual result: text is enlarged (so far so good)  but
               the page DOES NOT GET scroll bar on the right side

expected result: text has to be enlarged with vertical scroll bar 
                 (otherwise, the user can not read the complete text)

ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
By clicking on "Reload" button, vertical scroll bar shows up.
The bug is NOT related to the URL from above. ALL sites which can fit the
screen at zoom set to 100%, will show the bug when the user changes the zoom
to 150% or more.

My system:
Mozilla 1.2b
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021006

(the blank area is the non-existent scrollbar)
