Steps to reproduce:
Firefox 94 on Windows 11.
- Enable Permanent private browsing mode ("Never save history" aka browser.privatebrowsing.autostart = true)
- Open Main menu (hamburger button).
Actual results:
I see "New Window" and "New private window"
Expected results:
Only one of these menu items should be visible. No sense to show both.

The same bug for the "File" menu was fixed 9 years ago. This bug is for Main menu.
