Steps to reproduce:
New robot filtering tool is not working under SeaMonkey 2.53.10 and probably previous versions. Maybe a java script issue. Look at the following 3w for examples:
www.leboncoin.fr
www.oui.sncf
Actual results:
Filter blocking while no problem with Safari

What is a "new robot filtering tool"? Please provide sufficient context - thanks.
Try www.leboncoin.fr first with SeaMonkey and then you'll see a filtering system recently introduced. It is not working under SeaMonkey while it is under Safari.

Unable to reproduce. Both www.leboncoin.fr and www.oui.sncf are working for me, without any 'robot filter' showing at all.
Tested on a clean new profile with a UA of - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.10.2
