We should add some simple MD file describing the message handler codebase. Including:
- message handler network
- session data usage
- commands

I am not actively working on this, I was preparing notes for a presentation and I figured it would be nice to keep them in this bug when we decide to finish the documentation (and I pushed to phabricator to get a documentation preview :) )
