Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to a webpage
- Open the DevTools
- Switch to the Network Tab
- Click the "Analyze" (stopwatch) button
Actual results:
Analyze screen come up, but both "Primed Cache" and "Empty Cache" reports remain blank, with the pie charts reading "Loading"
Expected results:
Report should be properly generated.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::Netmonitor' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
It also happens on Win10:

The error attached here seems to come from the storage panel and should not be related to this bug. But we can reproduce the issue consistently.

This seems to have existed for a bit. We already have an open bug for this. See Bug 1710401
