174274 - Long header lines (with View->Headers->All set) should be wrapped

Currently, when setting View->Headers->All, long header lines move the scrollbar
out of reach unless the window is stretched to the wifth of the longest header
line. Also, if there are more headers than fit in the message window, the
message itself is moved out of view. This makes the 'All Headers' view quite
hard to use, if not totally unusable.

A solution would be to wrap the long header lines, and to make the header window
scrollable. This way, long headers (and lots of headers) could be viewed without
having to enlarge the window to fit them. It would also solve the problem of the
Headers window moving the message window out of reach.

Same mailnews window as before, but now with Headers display set to All
(View->Headers->All). The headers window completely moves all other panes out
of sight. It is not scrollable and does not wrap lines, so it is not possible
to view all headers without resizing the window. The message pane is invisible.
Were it still visible, it would have lost its scrollbar, as that is moved
together with the header pane to the right somewhere, out of view and reach...

Although this is not a complete dup of 153297, the issue it covers is mostly the
same. There are several related bugs which cover the other aspects of this
report, so I'll just mark it as dup and be done with it...
