Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Access any page (ex. Wikipedia)
  3. Enter Print Preview mode and hover above the dropdowns listed

Expected result

  • The dropdowns have the hover state only when the cursor is over them

Actual result

  • The dropdowns have the hover state when the cursor is above them

Regression range

  • Will see for a regression.

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the attachment.
  • Clicking over the dropdowns will make the dropdowns have the clicked state but won't actually open them.
  • The only dropdown that doesn't have this issue seems to be the "Pages" one.
