I can't reproduce the state in the screenshot on Ubuntu 21.10, Nightly 96.0a1 (2021-11-26) (64-bit). The form doesnot load in-page, but it shows a link which opens a popup with the form. Form submission in the popup works.

I cannot reproduce either. I got the same behavior as Paul had. I was testing this with Nightly 96.0a1 (20211201050507).
Oana, could you verify this again?

Tim, the issue is still reproducible at least how it was initially described.
- with ETP disabled - the form opens in-page https://prnt.sc/22h06ri
- with ETP Standard - the form does not open in-page, but a link is provided and opens in a new window https://prnt.sc/22h0fhd
Paul stated the same thing "the form does not load in-page" with ETP - Standard.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 97.0a1 (2021-12-08)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
So if this is the expected behavior we can close it as Won't fix, but if it is possible to play the form in-page regardless of the ETP status, then it needs work.

Thanks for confirming! I think we can WONTFIX this one, given that the form can still be opened.
