Currently about:glean has a button "Submit Settings".
The text input for the ping is prefixed with "Send the named ping"
It's not immediately obvious that "Submit Settings" will then indeed submit a ping everytime it's clicked.
Maybe we can find some better wording there. Maybe just "Submit ping", because that is its main purpose after all?

"Apply Settings and Submit Ping"? We can make it nice and long. Won't be able to land it until next version though because of the string change.
