174339 - Can't open the 'Mail & Newgroups' window anymore

Using version 1.2a

Even after having reinstalled the complete application :

(In my preferences, I had choosed to 'Open Mail & Newgroups' on startup)

When I start the main 'icon', the starting window (with the Picture) open and 
nothing else happen ;
I start again the main 'icon' and a browser window open ;
If I choose "Mail & Newsgroups' in the QuickLaunch, or the browser window menu, 
nothing seams to happen neither

Which theme are using? If not classic or modern try with one of those themes.
If that doesn't work, try starting mozilla up with a new, temporary profile
using the -profilemanager command switch.

'This is not strictly a theme error.  Yet another workaround is to disable XUL
Cache in Prefs->Debug->Networking.  After that, and after you delete XUL.mfasl,
the problem no longer persists.' 

I did this, and it seems to work.
