This bug is for removing the webrender extra option along with the work required to handle these changes in the dashboards. Currently, webrender is on by default everywhere so we can remove the option for it.
We'll need to remove the --enable-webrender flag at the same time. We also have to remove it from the feinx repo.

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.
