The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you provide your about support text? Also, have you tried updating drivers on the affected gpu?
We haven't received reports of this before, so we're wondering if it's something corner case with your displays / gpus / device.
Also, it might be interesting if you could test for a regression range using our regression finder -

We do indeed see things like this. It's rare, but bug 1737582 is an example of this.
One of the reasons this can happen is that DRM content triggers an OS level check to verify HDCP status. This can cause problems with some configurations.
Will follow up once we have the results to the queries in comment 4.

Tested mozilla-central build: 2019-05-19 (verdict: g)
Tested mozilla-central build: 2019-05-20 (verdict: b)
Hope this helps
I did notice while doing these tests that it does not always happen the first time and sometimes I have to switch seasons a few times for it to happen
before running the above tests i also updated my nvidia driver to
497.09-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql
also tested on FF 95.0.1 (64-bit)
