Would be nice if I could use the builtin screenshot tool in devtools panels (for taking screenshots of html/console output/etc).

This feature is explicitly for taking screenshots of web content, so its not likely we will enable taking screenshots of devtools. But I'll let the devtools folks decide if this is an enhancement they would consider.
