Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0

Steps to reproduce:

I went to Netflix then started to watch something but it gave me the error code F7121-3078 meaning that my version was unsupported even though i was on the newest version of FireFox.

Actual results:

Netflix gave me an error code saying that my version of FireFox (94.0.2) was unsupported

Expected results:

I should have just been able to watch something without en error code

How is this a bug in Firefox code and not in Netflix' detection of browsers?

This is probably impossible to diagnose as-is.
Without better steps to reproduce, it could be a zillion of things, not much we can do here. Looking for the error code

It means that the version of Mozilla Firefox you're using on your computer is no longer supported. Follow these steps to fix the problem.

I wonder if it's because of "Windows NT 6.1".

Firefox 95 will be released very soon 2021-12-07, but if it's because of Windows version, that would not solve the issue.

Let's check on Bugzilla. Ah maybe a glitch of Netflix. See Bug 1743954
