Steps to reproduce:

1. Download MozillaBuildSetup-Latest.exe
2. Run the installer and read the installation prompt
3. Visit the linked page to read build instructions for building Firefox for Windows

Actual results:

Notice that the MozillaBuild installer has provided a link to an MDN page that 404s (see attached file).

Expected results:

The MozillaBuild installer should have provided a link to the moved-in-tree-documentation page, which appears to currently be the one I have linked below.

Attachment: Bug 1744583: Make `license.rtf` diff-able on Phabricator

As described in Bug 1748045, there was a null byte at the end of
license.rtf which is what prevented Phabricator from showing it in
"text form".
