Steps to reproduce:

Open compose window to compose a new message. Begin typing.

Expected results:

The insertion cursor should remain visible during the entire compose operation.

The insertion cursor is the one that follows each letter as you type?

When I open a composition window using TB 91.4.0 on Windows 10, I have a blinking line in the To: field.
I enter an address and press the Tab key to move to the Subject line, where I see the blinking line.
Enter a subject.
Press Enter and the line moves into the message body, following each letter as I type.

The Mouse cursor stays out of the way where I put it, unless I use the mouse.

Yes, that is what I mean by "insertion cursor". Yes, it is a blinking thin vertical line.

To be more complete, the problem only occurs when I am in the text field. I am not sure of whether this only occurs when replying to a message (perhaps with some of the incoming text being quoted) and/or when composing a new message (I will need to pay more attention and I will update my report when I am sure.

I also am not sure how long it takes for the cursor to disappear - maybe it is gone as soon as I type any. Again, I need to pay more attention to that detail.

I have had this problem for a long time. Quite a while ago, I learned that I can make the cursor reappear by doing Save of the message. When I do that, the cursor is located where I would expect it to be.

I do not have this with any other application.

should be fixed in 91.4.0
