User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.55 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

This is a follow up of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1585378.

Although there has been a significant improvement since the initial report, the original test case still shows some flickering at times.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://ob02v.csb.app/
  2. Attempt to scroll (any direction, any method: trackpad, wheel, shift+wheel, drag on scrollbar)

Actual results:

See video attached for comparison between Firefox 94.0.2, Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 and Chrome 96.0.4664.55.

Expected results:

The sticky element should not flicker at any time as the user scrolls.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
