What about the following:

New Nightly-only: An existing "New Request" side panel in the DevTools Network tool has been refactored and it's usability improved. The new version is now available for testing in the Nightly channel. Developers may use it to send (and resend) synthetic HTTP network requests without having to change their code and refresh their page. It's also useful for building and testing REST APIs.
This new feature is developed behind devtools.netmonitor.features.newEditAndResend preference (true by default in the Nightly channel)

Nightly-only: The New Request side panel in the DevTools Network tool has been refactored and its usability improved. Developers may use it to send (and resend) synthetic HTTP network requests without having to change their code and refresh their page. It's also useful for building and testing REST APIs.
