174548 - Can't forward directly from a reloaded saved e-mail message

When an e-mail message saved as a file (*.eml) is reloaded by double-clicking on
the file name, the file is brought up in a browser window and not a
mail/newsgroups window.  The file can therefore not be forwarded directly but
must be copied and pasted into a compose window for forwarding.

reporter this isn't offline bug.

ARe you saying that you take a mail mesg, save as *.eml to
your harddrive. Compose a mesg and then attach the eml file
to the mail message?

You are correct when I have a eml file attached to a mesg and
I double click it, it will open in a browser window instead
of mail window.

But I have no problem forwarding it. I don't have to cut/paste.

What is the build id you are using?
i'm using commecial trunk:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021014

changing component to mail window front end.

A huge portion of this bug (IE, the 1st part) is taken care of by bug 11076.
