Steps to reproduce:
in every website, when i click on a select menu and choose an option, then i refresh the website, it will still on last option
Actual results:
it still remained on the option that i've chosen
but when i clear cache and refresh my website, it'll back to the default select menu
Expected results:
it should change to the default option not the one that i have chosen

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Menus' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Managed to reproduce this on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.4 and on Ubuntu 20.04 x64.

I believe this is the result of the form restore feature for the Session Restore component.
