Steps to reproduce:
- Go to a website with a video (Like YouTube)
- Press Picture-In-Picture
- Click on the main browser or another Window
Actual results:
The Picture-in-picture Window becomes hidden by the window you clicked on
Expected results:
The Picture-in-Picture window should stay on top/visible when you click on another window

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Video/Audio Controls' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Wayland doesn't allow us to do that (by design, IIUC), you need to right-click on the window and keep it always-on-top. See bug 1536747.

In fact there's some ongoing work in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayland/wayland-protocols/-/merge_requests/132 / bug 1621261 now - a dedicated protocol, similar to what other OSs have today for PiP.
