1745799 - ESR uplift forms mention "UUID changes"

The ERS uplift forms on attachments have this field:

String or UUID changes made by this patch

It's been years since we've removed the requirement to change UUIDs when modifying an XPCOM interface, so asking this question during approvals doesn't make sense any more. We have indeed removed "or UUID changes" from the beta/release approval request forms but it seems the ESR uplift form wasn't modified at the same time.

(bug 1578403 is fixed but I just filled in a form on bug 1705211 and the output contains:

• String or UUID changes made by this patch: No string changes; one interface change, but we don't do UUID changes anymore, right? (Should we fix this form?)
