- ⬜ Add a menu item to existing toolbar buttons that allows users to see/control if an extension should have access to the Site in the active tab.
- ⬜ Start with mv3 only, and also based on pref for mv2.
- ⬜ Add tests for above.

Note: for the cookies
extension API, it is necessary that granting access to the "tab" grants access to the eTLD+1 domain. Otherwise extensions will be unable to access its cookies.
