From https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/rg9ixr/weird_display_bugs_on_firefox_glitching_and/
Description: I bought a new laptop 2 weeks ago. Installed Windows, installed Firefox, synced Firefox with my previous laptops Firefox data using the browsers built-in sync. On this new laptop, however, i contantly get weird display bugs, such as missing and/or glitching text, missing border radius on elements (both on website content and on browser elements), disappearing cursor in web-based document editors (such as Zoho Sheet).
Screenshots of some of the problems (important: red squares are NOT part of the bug, those are only for privacy reasons. Any other missing text/element IS part of the problem).
Picture #1: First tabs title is almost completely gone, hidden by background color. Active tab not indicated by any color change. Address bar is missing its rounded corners.
Picture #2: Single tab open, tab title text glitching. Active tab not indicated.
Picture #3: 4 open tabs, active tab not indicated.
Picture #4: 6 open tabs, 5th tabs title and favicon completely missing, active tab not indicated
Picture #5: 4 open tabs, 3rd tabs title text glitch, active tab indicator only shows up in the first ~10% of tab
Picture #6: Facebook messenger, chat open, rounded corners of text bubbles missing, last messages background mostly missing.

We had some issues with these new adapters. Turned out it was tied to an oem driver and that the issues had been fixed in updates.

Bug is not resolved. I was the original guy that created the reddit thread about this issue, Assif Yousuf created this bug report based on my post.
The same issue still persists after the latest Firefox update (version 96.0.2 (64 bit)).

babedow249, do you have the latest version of your graphics drivers (either via Windows Update, or from the maker of the computer) installed?

Yes, downloaded and installed the latest graphic driver from the manufacturers website, also just updated FF to version 96.0.3 - the mentioned bugs persist.
The driver i use: Version V27.20.100.9565 for Asus VivoBook14 X421EPY Win10 64 bit, downloaded from https://www.asus.com/supportonly/X421EPY/HelpDesk_Download/

Jim, any thoughts here? The driver was updated, but it doesn't seem like the fix is in the latest version for the Asus VivoBook14 X421EPY. Driver can be downloaded from https://www.asus.com/supportonly/X421EPY/HelpDesk_Download/ - is this something we can report to Asus?

Intel released 30.0.101.1340 graphics driver but updating laptops/notebooks can be difficult with Intel graphics.
