User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:95.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/95.0
Steps to reproduce:
For clear see attached gif.
- Click to start near address bar for open «Add Bookmark» dialog
- Expand tag list (you must have multiple tags that do not fit all the way into the tag list, so a scroll bar appears)
- Scroll tag list so that your target tag is not at the bottom and the scroll bar is not at the top.
- Click to target tag to select it.
Actual results:
The tag list scrolls in such a way that the target tag is at the bottom of the list. This is very annoying when you need to add several tags in sequence (especially if they are next to each other in the list).
Expected results:
The tag list must not be scrolled through.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

This is also reproducible on MacOS 11.6
I'm setting the flags accordingly.
