Let's have a similar item as Chrome, e.g. Enable custom formatters, in the Advanced section, under Enable Source Maps
The value of the checkbox should be stored in a preference that will be checked on the server to know if we should call the custom formatters hooks.
The pref could also be checked to include the JsonMl rep in the array of reps we're looping on in rep.js
