The number of identified mozregression users on Linux and Windows using Mach is suspiciously low (always zero for the former, very low for the latter):

This leads me to wonder if mozregression is actually submitting data in a mach environment on these platforms. One potential cause might be bug 1698647

I probably won't get to this for the forseeable future, but filing it so we're aware of it.
