When helping out with MozillaVPN, it came up that multipart/mixed is also a valid mime type and probably more correct than multipart/form-data which the collector requires today.
We should look into whether we can support both. I suspect we can support both, but we might need to switch to a different body parser.

willkg merged PR #790: "bug 1747398: add support for multipart/mixed" in 66fbd4e.
We still need to update the crash report payload spec in the socorro repo.
