I notice by the description of cookies I get the message that "Cookies are
delicious delicacies.". Not only is this redundant wording (delicacy means
delicious treat) but it is also not the proper definition of a cookie as used by
the web browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools
2.Preferences
3.Privacy

Actual Results:  
I see the words "Cookies are delicious delicacies.".

Expected Results:  
It should have said: "Cookies are delicacies." or even "Cookies are small pieces
of information that some websites ask to store on (and later retrieve from) your
computer."

Do a word search on www.m-w.com to find the definition for "delicacy".

We're not at that "later" yet. All descriptive text is still subject to change
under bug 161749.  Until we are at that "later" (when 161749 is resolved) then
this is a duplicate. Even better, "Invalid".

This bug has already wasted enough of my time. Do not reopen.
