Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.francetvinfo.fr/sante/maladie/coronavirus/covid-19-testes-positifs-de-nombreux-francais-ont-du-sisoler-pour-noel_4893565.html
- Tap on the video placeholder.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The video plays.
Actual Behavior:
The video is stuck in a loading loop.
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.
- Works as expected using Chrome.

The video is working fine for me in responsive design mode and on my phone. Raul, can you confirm if it works for you?

I can confirm that the video plays when using ETP set to STRICT
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 102.0a1 (2015878251 -🦎102.0a1-20220502144301🦎)
Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
