PLEASE DO NOT TEST HERE. Please play somewhere else if your university does not set up Bugzilla for you. Same in bug 1747861.
bugzilla.mozilla.org is a production bug database used by the Mozilla community to develop Firefox, and other products.
It is not a test system or something to play with. Go to https://bugzilla-dev.allizom.org/ to test filing bugs.
If you really wanted to report a valid bug in one of Mozilla's application and services, please read https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=bug-writing.html and create a bug report with a way better and useful description. There is no "History" under "Settings". Thanks.
