Environment:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 97.0a1 (2021-12-29)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Prerequisites:
ETP - Standard enabled.
Signed into Enterprise Microsoft account.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.office.com/launch/word?auth=2
2. Open a new blank document.
3. Type "@" in the document and observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
A list with suggestions loads.

Actual Behavior:
An error message is displayed, the list of suggestions does not load.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP disabled.

It seems that Microsoft has fixed this issue. The issue is no longer reproducible even if the pref privacy.antitracking.enableWebcompat is disabled. In that case, the allow listing won't apply and the "Mention" works. I will close this bug for now.

I can confirm the issue is no longer reproducible, the list of mentions/accounts loads now with ETP - STandard or Strict.
