It would be nice to have testcase for bug 1746996. However, setting up the precise conditions to recreate the problem deterministically would be tricky and a bit fragile, because it depends both on the chunking boundary and on a parser interrupt occurring at the right moment. Given that the fix is very general and unlikely to regress, and given that we're mostly treating expat as frozen at this point, this may not be the best use of time.
