Steps to reproduce:

If I install Firefox from the website (EXE installer), I can run Firefox with parameters (command line)
For example: Firefox.exe -P "<profile name>"
But if I install Firefox from Microsoft Store (or using MSIX package), I can't run Firefox with parameters (command line)
You should set an "App Execution Aliases".

This looks to me like a duplicate of Bug 1745437. Let us know if I have missed something here.
