KDiff3 is useful, but complex software. It is scarily confusing to look at, especially for first-time contributors.
Besides, despite being the default, it's only used by ~a quarter of Windows devs (according to the survey from late 2021).
Let's default to internal:merge
instead, and let users set their own ui.merge
tool in their user config if they want KDiff3/etc.

KDiff3 is powerful, but not very easy to learn for new developers.
Instead, use the rudimentary internal:merge
tool by default.
Developers who prefer KDiff3 can specify it in ui.merge
in their user
config.
